When mystic falls lost its charm!

The Vampire diaries

The fall of a really good show.

I have decided to vent. Because I am so upset.
I was one of the kids who was in love with Edward Cullen back in the day. So naturally I would read every other vampire-teenage-romance. So along with true blood and some Anne Rice, Brother Hood series, Dark series-Carpathians and every other supernatural famous book series out there I read vampire diaries by L J Smith. And to be honest I hated it.
I utterly hated it and my reason for this was because of Elena Gilbert. Now don’t get me wrong I don’t hate a strong female character, but Elena was awful in the books. She was a whiney spoiled bitch.
So I watched the vampire diaries with a little bit of doubt in my heart but Nina Dobrev won me over. The series was amazing, to the masses. After twilight it was the shit per say.
Elena was selfless, she was nothing like Katherine the major bitch who strung the Salvatore’s along.
She fell in love with Stefan and maintained her friend ship with Damon. Along with her Caroline unlike in the books was extremely likable. Damon was witty and dark.
Stefan was like his name the light. Sweet funny, and looked like James dean.
Everything about the show was dark mysterious and had us all in tenterhooks as each episode went by. So here is a list of stuff I felt ruined the show for me.

1.       Ruining the relationship between Stefan and Elena. I am sorry but for me I loved them way more than Delena. Honestly what was the point then of writing Elena in so well, so selfless so pure, so admirable then making her weak and just like Elena in the books.  After season 4 I lost hope.
They made it seem like everything even with Silas and Amara meant Stefan and Elena were supposed to be End game but killed it with all the Delena. I was confused was she compelled into loving him it gave me hope. I really wish she was it would make sense rather than what she did. I just can’t believe someone as morally attuned as Elena falling in love with someone she love d’s brother.

2.       Secondly what is Damon if not a doormat? Katherine basically made him suffer his entire existence than he fell in love with Elena but she was in love with his brother but he still somehow ended up with the girl. Even though the girl when he was missing dated some human etc.

3.       The whole track about the virus that makes vampires feed on vampires was so copied from true blood it hurt my eyes how fast the virus was cured

4.       Nina leaving the show. How can you have TVD without Elena?

5.       Removing the originals and giving them their own show I feel ruined the show on so many levels I wish Caroline and Klaus were end game. But no in the originals we are introduced to Cami who is Caroline just older and annoying because she feels like a cheap knock off the originals interested me until Hopes birth but without them in TVD and TVD without them both shows felt like they were missing something.

6.       Making Caroline a whore. To be honest who has not slept with her?

7.       I hate that Stefan and Caroline is a thing. I just don’t see it. It feels wrong watching it. I feel like I am seeing my aunt and my brother in a relationship. It just feels uncomfortable to watch.

8.       Taking them to university? Like why? What? And the vampires have aged. I am sorry but Ian does not look 20 anymore. Just saying he is a cute guy but no.

9.       I hate Haylee’s character. I feel like she a strong woman character that comes off as annoying rather than endearing.

10.   What happened to doctor fell? Like I know Paul Wesley divorced her but still?

11.   As the last season looms in I no longer have hope for this show and maybe I will force myself to see the last episode.

12.   Why did TRP fall? Most of us grew out of the whole vampire’s scene.

13.   Finally Stefan and Elena should have been end game. And the originals should have never left mystic falls.

14. Enzo with his accent trying to replace Klaus.

Humsafars, Zindagi gulzar hai, Dastaan

Pakistani drama. My new craze. It has been ignited by Fawad Khan but honestly he is such a handsome man.

He made me fall in love with Asher and Khirad. Bano and Hassan. Zaroon and Khashaf equally.
Each story being unique in its own setting.
After three drama’s I can say Pakistani drama is amazing. Quiet underrated to be honest. It is a lot like a normal hindi serial but thankfully it does not go on for years and years.
So let’s start with Humsafars. If you have heard of Fawad Khan than I am sure you have heard of Humsafars as the two things go hand in hand like peanut butter and jelly.
Humsafars is basically every mills and boon you have ever read in a Muslim setting. But what makes it fresh is the fact that Mahira and Fawad have amazing chemistry.

Pakistani dramas have generally overbearing men. He is a bit of a chauvinist. He wants to know where his women is, who she is with, and what she is doing most of the time. And even the strongest heroines at the start generally mold themselves to their husbands Ideals.
So basically in Humsafars we have Asher who is a rich guy, and is best friends with his maternal cousin Sara who is infatuated with him.
Sara is rich like Asher and his mom really wants them to get married.
Khirad is not rich, and lives with her ailing mother. Khirad is Asher’s paternal cousin. Khirads mom begs Ashers dad to get Khirad married before, she dies. Ashers father decides to marry Khirad and Asher. Asher initially does not want to marry someone he doesn’t know and so does Khirad she doesn’t want to be a burden onto anyone else. Both are forced to marry. They initially are very awkward with each other. Sara is heartbroken and tries to commit suicide after she hears that Asher has married. Khirad does whatever Asher tells her which angers him into thinking she has no emotion and does not want to even try and ease themselves into their relationship. He later overhears her telling his father she feels guilty that Asher was forced to marry her. This changes his behavior towards her instantly. Like during the night she leaves their bed and cries near the pool and he finds her and tells her never to leave the room in the night ever again even if she thinks she is going to disturb him. I kind of suspect the two started mating (LOL) around here, because after that. Asher begins to ogle Khirad, come home early from work and look for her all the time.
Khirad begins to notice how different she is from Asher and tries to mold herself to his likes and dislikes.
Asher is adorable during this phase of their relationship. He is like a puppy. Or maybe a baby who constantly needs Khirad around him. He encourages Khirad to study again as he finds she is rather intelligent and she begins going to college. There she meets Khizar who is Sara’s cousin.
The two begin to get close, igniting Asher’s jealousy as Khirad is not able to spend enough time with him. And Khizar hangs around Khirad like a mosquito.
Honestly the jealously is the best part.
Khirad is treated horribly by Asher and he never tells her why nor does he apologizes for it.
His mother’s claws come out when his father dies.
I loved the fact that during the entire show Asher never once wanted to leave Khirad he loved her so much. Even if she was having an affair he still wanted her. When he makes an excuse to take her home. Loved it he did not have the guts to tell her the real reason. He was ashamed of himself so he lies. Without her he has a nervous breakdown.
His lives an unhappy life without her but the minute she is back, he looks like he is able to breathe again.
That one scene where he wishes he could take her away, because she looked so beautiful was adorable.
Even though Asher never apologized, and the ending kind of sucked. I wish they make another show for Mahira and Fawad I loved them together.
The next Fawad drama I watched was Zindagi gulzar hai.
Which means life is a garden.
This shows heart breaking. As once Khashaf says when one problem goes away four show up in place this was exactly what I saw when I watched this.
Aunty Rafia is one of the most unselfish, kindest and realist woman I have ever seen. She reminded me a lot of my own mother. Her husband was an asshole.
Sidhara and Sharmila were gorgeous. And never have I seen in any show so much tea being served and people saying kaise ho.
Ok so Zaroon Junaid comes out first in everything, he is rich and has a somewhat perfect looking life. But at home his mother overpowers his father and his sister has grown up just like her, seeing his father being treated not as an equal and his mother being so liberal Zaroon has become a bit of a chauvinist and does not like it when his sister is out late or his friends wear open clothing.
Khashaf on the other hand is extremely poor and views life rather negatively, her mother works hard, and her father has left them and remarried because their mother could not have a son. They live a hard life due to their father’s absence. Khashaf is really smart and wins a scholarship in a university where mostly rich kids go and there meets Zaroon. Whom she overhears calling her a witch.
She beats Zaroon and comes out first in the test to get into the collage.
The two bicker constantly.

But time passes and one of Khasaf’s friends say that Khashaf would never fall for Zaroon as Zaroon is a bit of a flirt and flirts with all the girls in collage. This angers Zaroon and he begins trying to flirt with Khashaf who never gives him the time of day. Zaroon gets angry whenever he sees his bestfriend Usama with Khashaf. Khashaf overhears Zaroon saying that he is playing with her. And she goes up to him and tears up his work. And calls him basically a heartless asshole. As she heard him saying that she is a typical middle class girl she will fall for him because he is a rich and all girls are the same.
Khashaf stops coming to collage for a few days but then comes back and ignores Zaroon.
Years pass.
They meet again now Khashaf is rich, well off not rich and has a good job and Zaroon and her have to work together. Zaroon realizes the closest girl to his ideal for a wife is Khashaf. As she comes home early, doesn’t have male friends, and dresses appropriately. Usama proposes to Khashaf and she rejects. After that Zaroon proposes initially Kashaf refuses. Thinking Zaroon is still as he was in school.
But she agrees when he protects her hands when a cup of tea is about to fall and burns his own hands.
The two marry initially awkward but slowly like each other.
Zaroon proves he is not like her father but when he finds out Usama had once proposed to Kashaf and she did not tell him he begins to treat her badly. When he finds out she is pregnant, their entire fight is forgotten. But Zaroon reads her letter and checks her phone as she keeps secrets from him.
Kashaf thinks he is having an affair and leaves him. Zaroon never once calls her to ask about the children and instead sends divorce papers. Kashaf who has begun to love him and miss him want to go back home to him.
I wish Zaroon apologized to Kashaf, I found him a little too much sometimes but Kashaf dealt with him well. The person who wrote the show made khasaf sarcastic. She made me laugh numerous times.
Zaroon was rather childish.
The third show I watched with Fawad was Daastan.
Daastan is basically the zee tv show Lajwanti only not as happy and there is not HEA.
Hasan and Banoo had amazing chemistry. But this story was heart breaking L
I have become a FAWADIAN after watching all these drama’s and am currently on a mission to watch every movie he has acted in and drama.

Lakorn reviews for october: Naree Risaaya, Sailab rak bpaun, Fai Ruk game ron, Ngao Asoke 2016

Naree Risaaya

Naree Risaaya is an incredibly hard show to watch even to an insatiable drama lover like me.
Basically the story is about a man (Thun) who disregards his wife Naree and daughter because he loves her younger sister Neepa. The daughter Saiparn tries her best to win her father’s affection but is never able to. When her mother dies. Saiparn blames her aunt. Her aunt has a daughter who receives all of her father’s affection, while she is constantly belittled and scolded upon. As a young woman Saiparn becomes bitter because of the lack of affection from her father and envious of her younger sister Nida. Nida grows up to be unselfish beautiful and overly doted on by the people around except for Saiparn who hates her. In the initial episodes Saiparn is rather unlikable due to her envois nature. Nida’s fiancé who does not want to be involved with Saiparn’s underhandness becomes unessary involved when Saiparn starts hinting that Nida is having an affair with Neepat, their servant.
P’Oodit becomes insecure and very jealous over Nida not knowing Saiparn is lying. One night things come to a head as Saiparn finds P’Odit drunk and taunts him that Nida is having an affair with Neepat. P’Oodit rapes Saiparn to try and prove that he is man enough (EYEROLL)
This changes our once venomous Saiparn as all of the hatred she has spread finally has been sent back to her almost. Hearing that Saiparn and P’oodit have slept together Nida loses it. Khun Thun banishes Saiparn, and reveals to her she was never his child. Saiparn goes to stay with Neepat in the village.
Saiparn changes and becomes softer, with Neepats caring she becomes close to him. P’oodit starts watching her from afar, sending her gifts. All the while his wedding with Nida’s arrangements are in full swing. P’oodit starts investigating who Saiparns real father is.
P’oodit tries several times to apologise to Saiparn but she wants nothing to do with him. He begins to suspect that she has some kind of relationship with Neepat.
While Saiparn finds out she is pregnant with P’oodits child.
All hell breaks loose.
I honestly when I first watched this, it was like watching a disaster and having your heart wrenched out of your chest and stepped upon repeatedly than given back to you at the end of it all by some random person.
There is possibly no way I thought I could feel sorry for Saiparn after watching her hating on everyone in the beginning but towards the middle when P’oodits mother was being a raving bitch. I felt it the shift in my heart she won me over. Gayson was a darling she at least brought some relief towards this depressing heart wrenching show, One of the best moments is when Narin is waiting for Porkaew to come home and she comes home late and he is stunned at how beautiful she looks.
Nida I hated from the beginning but when she became evil I hated her even more.
P’oodit I felt lukewarm about, he kind of made me cringe. Neepat I shipped with Saiparn.
Saiparn is not the usual door mat Nang’ek she is incredibly strong and forgiving.
If you enjoy Lakorns with strong women and I mean really strong women I would give this a try.

Ngao Asoke 2016

So who does not know the plot of this show but I shall give a brief summary.
It goes something like this.
Monthai Mattana is engaged to Wiyada. Lakhana The matana household maid is in love with him but Monthai’s mum hates her guts. This starts a chain of events leading to Lakhana killing herself. While this is taking a place Beeyachat a young child meets Monthai while looking for food for her granny. She had climbed up on an asoke tree and fell down. Monthai gives her some money, to repay Monthai Bee goes back to his house next day and says she will work for him. Monthai tells her to come back when she is older and introduces her to ba Jian. After Lakhana’s death Monthai leaves and Bee somehow starts staying with Wiyada and Wiyada who recives letters form Monthai who stays now in another country.
Wiyada makes Bee reply to the letters things like this continue over the years. Wiyayda who has grown tired of waiting for Monthai starts looking for a new man. Bee on the other hand feels sorry for him and continues with the letters. Monthais mom who has now gone sick requests for Wiyada to come stay with her. Wiyada does not want to go and sends Bee instead not wanting Monthais mom to get any sicker Jian makes beeyachat Wiyada. Mons mom begins to get better and loves Bee a lot.
Monthai comes back and finds that Beeyachat has come as Wiyada and dislikes her as she says that Wiyada did not want to come he thinks she is a liar as he is in love with the Wiyada that has been sending him all the letters over the years and won’t hear anything against her. Monthai takes advantage of Bee and holds her and hugs her because his mother doesn’t know she is not Wiyada to get some sort of revenge in his eyes…
Firstly I watched Ngao Asoke 2008 and 1998. There is a major difference between 2008 and 1998 and the 2016 one.
The 1998 one Beeyachat is a lot mouthier compared to sweet innocent naïve Beeyachat in 2008.
The 2016 Beeyachat is perhaps the sassiest Beeyachat by far.
I really enjoyed the earlier versions as Pong and 1998 guy who played Mon were incredibly good playing the Pra’ek who is confused and completely smitten by their repective Beeyachat’s.
I feel that the new Ngao Asoke lost the feel to it and has been made into more of a comedy. Something that is given when Sean and Ester are in the leads.
This is not necessarily a bad thing but I for one prefer Ngao Asoke 2008. Pong and Pang had amazing chemistry.
In their Ngao Asoke there was passion, jealousy, possessiveness all clearly visible in Pong’s expression whenever he looked at Pang and forcefully kissed her.
Seans Forced kisses look like the kind a 5 year old gives his play date to say hello.
For those of you who watched 2008 and 1998 and are fans of the story I suggest this one but most likely you guys are going to be disappointed.

Fai Ruk Gahm Ron

I really love the ost of this show.
Pin has got to be the most likable vengeful woman I have ever seen in a show. She is beautiful and cute and incredibly manipulative and a sheer joy to watch. I felt sorry for Mor Non.
But the episode where his bitchy OTW comes to hurt Pin and Non comes to save her and she smiles as he drags the viper outside the house is hilarious I honestly laughed for a good ten minutes.
The cutest scene is when she is bathing and screams for help and there are frogs in the bathroom and makes non stand there while she baths.
I am not going to go right into the story because I feel Asian wiki has a good summary of the story.
Watch this if you enjoyed Talay Fai.

Sailab Rak Bpaun

Andy won me over as Din. He is this awkward spy that has fallen in love with a rich girl Ran. The writer of this show has done an amazing job balancing the funnies and the drama.
So basically he can’t tell her he is a spy and lies he sells insurance, now being a spy there is sure to be lots of danger that comes with the job but with this show it’s the punch lines.

Watch this if you are looking for a good laugh. I thourougly laughed outloud multiple times while watching this and I am finally an Andrew Gregson Fan.

Talay Fai: the review

Talay Fai
Channel 7

Starring Mik(Te/Techin) and Stephanie (Pasika/Pun)
Synopsis: Boy meets girl in Spain, when her purse is stolen. He falls in love with her but then later when they part finds out she is the woman suspected of being his father’s mistress. Love turns to hate. His father dies and leaves everything in his name. But with one condition Pun has to be the vice president.

This starts a chain of events where Techin does everything he can to get rid of pun.
This show was my rebound show after once upon a time…in my heart. Mik has got me feeling those vibes about him when he acts lol.
He reminds me a lot of Mario and Stefan.
Back to the story like all slap kiss lakorns we have one hair brained plot for revenge/vengeance/hatred whatever you call it, more than one awful crazy mother, a gang of murderers sending the lead pair every 4 to 5 episodes one at a time to the hospital but you have to give it to them murderers they thinking about the resorts welfare while one is injured the other president can look after it.

Pat and Pun never made a good couple even in the first one but it is nice to see both of them find their respective partners. I personally skipped every scene with Jiew and Pat.
The plot is unoriginal and leaves much to be desired but overall Mik and Stephanie did the best with the material they had.
The whole bunch of assasins trying to kill them continuously through out every episode got a little tiring I felt a little sorry for Pun she did nothing but smile most of the time at Techin but he misunderstood her a lot when he finally began to trust her though boy did he trust her. He won me over with his sweet gestures and singing for Pun. Pun on the other hand never really did much when someone attacked them she never really did anything but just shout Techin watch out. Once in a while she hit someone but other than that nothing. I understand that the Lakorn was extended because of popular demand but I wish the last two episodes did not drag any more than they did. By the end I could not help but not care who the one behind the embezzlement was.
I really want to see Fai ruk gamh ron now. Just because of Nong Pin and her P’Non. I think it’s adorable when they call each other that and how the two hold hands constantly. But then I read the story summary. Eish It sounds worse than Talay Fai. But being a Thunwa fan I will. Hope the subbers sub more of it.
I hated Techin’s mom. I kind of wish she never got a happy ending she is insane. Jiew should have taken her to the mental hospital, she was with Sudharat doing all those things to kill Pun but then all of a sudden the writers forget about that.
Poisoning Pun, setting Techin up with Sarinda all of those things she needed to be caught. But then again I did skip a lot towards the end.
Techin reminded me of a puppy a lot of the time. He followed Pun around, asked her for food, shelter.
What made me laugh was how he asked her to hide him when his mother was looking for him. For a grown man he had no balls.
But he grew them along the way.
I recommend this show if you watched once upon a time in my heart, love rivalry, Sawan Biang.
It is not the best of the best, but it has a cute quality to it.
Also if you want a drama with no OTW and OTM then this is the drama for you.
Warnings: Kidnapping, Techin ties Pun to him, Lots of forced kisses, about 3 almost Rawr scenes. Techin Forces Pun to sleep next to him.

Thai Lakorns decomposed:

Hi everyone. So today I was watching Talay Fai, and I felt a wash of over whelming déjà vu settle over me.
To lakorn lovers everywhere there are some unescapable tropes always thrown into dramas. So I have decided to name a few of them. Don’t get me wrong I love thai lakorns.

The over protective mother
We all have seen her perhaps even some of us in our own homes. Nobody is good enough for her son but whoever she deems fit. She will bully, and go to extreme length just to make sure her son does not marry Nang’ek.

Lakorns: Talay fai, Ngao Asoke, Sood saneah.
The possessive crazy pra’ek
He is so in love with the Nang’ek that he will turn into a rapist at the sight of her even smiling at another man. He will forcefully kiss, touch and press his face into our poor innocent nang’eks neck.
Lakorns: Pin anong, Sawan Biang, Sud sai paan, Mai tuean.

The sweet innocent heroine
She is beautiful and kind to all around men can’t help but fall in love with her while females can’t help but be jealous of her. She wins our Pra’ek’s hear with her sweetness.
Lakorns: once upon a time, mia tuean, mia taeng

Even though he is poor he was somehow switched at birth along the line and is richer than oprah.
A main plot point is the hero is poor and heroine is rich but by some kind of magic by the end of the lakorn he is rich and owns half the world.
Lakorns: Sud sai paan, Sood saneah.

The insane OW
The insane other women, the Pra’ek has never shown her much interest other than that of to make the nang’ek jealous. But she will create misunderstanding upon misunderstanding all in her quest for the Pra’ek.
Lakorns: Roy leh sanhe rai, mai Tuean.

The sweet second lead that never ends up with the main girl
He maybe handsome and an all-round gentlemen and completely in love with nang’ek but we all know even though the pra’ek may be an asshole he will still undoubtedly win the nang’ek’s heart in the end.
Lakorns: Leh Ratree, 100  tricks of dangerous trickey.

Mountains of wrist grabs
We have all seen this scene in so many lakorns the pra’ek grabs her wrist, nang’ek shouts let go and pra’ek says no I won’t. Sigh. I am sure for the next 10 years we will still be seeing this scene.
Lakorns: Sawan biang, fai luang, game rai game ruk, Duang jai akanee, the love rivalry,

Titles that sound like mills and boon novel names
Thai lakorn names when translated often sound like mills and boon novel names. For example.
Charming deception.
Bought bride.
Lakorns: My wife (Mia taeng), Samee (Husband).

The cold Pra’ek
This pra’ek wears a suit and was either ditched by his ex or mom. So he has decided that for the rest of his life he will be an asshole until he meets the nang’ek and becomes an even bigger asshole.
Lakorns: Bitter sweet honey, the apple falls far from the tree.

The Pra’ek who misunderstands the Nang’ek the entire series
No matter how ridiculous accusations are hurled at the innocent nang’ek. This Pra’ek believes everyone on the entire earth besides the nang’ek.
Lakorn: Mia tuean and Ngao asoke.

The rape scene
When the pra’ek goes completely insane with jealousy and all round madness and decides to rape the poor defenseless nang’ek. Why?
Lakorns: Fai luang, Sawan biang, Jamey loey rak.

The ending that sometimes make no sense
Villain’s reform, everyone accepts each other. Usually in the last episode the Nang’ek is kidnaped and taken to some place were our valiant pra’ek will come save her. Then we will be shown a scene where they tell each other I love you and it ends.

All mobsters decide to retire for the girl they love
These mobsters have lived their entire lives being trained to be gangsters until they meet the one and all the murdering and whatever else illegal stuff they were doing is forgotten.
Lakorns: once upon a time, the rising sun series 1

Vengeful Pra’ek
Either his mother or father was hurt by the nang’ek family in some way so he thinks the only way to get revenge is to follow the nang ek everywhere and because all round problems for her while all the while falling in love with her.
Lakorns: Sawan Biang, Ngao jai, Bitter sweet honey, Sood sanyea kaen.

The forced marriage
For some absurd reason i.e. revenge, inheritance, money issues, to have children.  Main pair is forced into marriage.
Lakorns: Full house, the bought bride.

The vengeful heroine
She is basically the vengeful hero just not a rapist.
Lakorns: Fai ruk game rohn.

Pregnancy
After the rape scene, we usually find the nang ek feeling dizzy and falling into the pra’eks arms.
Lakorns: The necessity wife, Sawan biang, Love Rotation.

The separation
Where the pra ek and nang ek decide it is better for everyone if they are apart, or are protecting one another by being apart, or where the nang ek has had enough of the pra ek-hole
Lakorns: EVERY LAKORN EVER.

The path to redemption
Now that he knows he was wrong, our pra’ek rids himself of asshole behavior and becomes an angel. This trope goes hand in hand with the pregnancy trope as the pra’ek goes out of his way to prove he is sincere and loves the nang ek.
Lakorns: Love Rotation, Raeng ngao.

I lost my memory
Why don’t you remember me? I lost my memory trope. Who are you?
Lakorns: Sawan sang, Game rai game ruk

Twins/Mistaken identity
Usually it is the nang ek who is always mistaken for someone who is a mind my language slut.
So the pra ek goes out of his way to force himself on her.
Lakorns: Sud sai paan, Ngao jai.

I will buy you
Pra ek tries to buy the nang ek
Throws money in her face. Calls her a prostitute and other derogatory terms.

Lakorns: Love rivalry, sawan biang, sud sai paan.

Karn La Krang Neung...Nai Hua Jai: The review

Karn La Krang Neung...Nai Hua Jai

Produced by channel 7
Stars Pimmy and Mick

Story briefing: Please the summary in Asianwiki is wrong.
Young, beautiful and cheerful Fahsai is cheated on by her boyfriend of ten years P’itt, her best friend in order to cheer her up takes her on a trip to Japan. There Fahsai meets handsome dangerouse mafia leader Daniel who injured after an attack he forces Fahsai to help him. Fahsai resembles Daniel’s past love Botan, who betrayed him.
They eventually fall in love but problems arise.
<SPOILERS FROM THIS POINT ON>
Mick is drop dead gorgeous and pimmy has had my heart from the time she played Nara in love rivalry.
But this Lakorn was adorable. What was there not to love?
The main hero is a handsome mob leader who is badass.
He is incredibly protective of Fahsai.
Fahsai is adorable it is hard to believe that she has a broken heart at the rate at which she falls for Daniel but I don’t blame her. Daniel is beautiful.
After watching cubic compared to Bomb, Mick is a much better actor.
When he cries I want to hug him. But he really needs to work on his smile. It looks so fake sometimes.
Oh yes back to the story.
After they meet they fall in love with each other. But Daniel wants Fahsai to be safe so he tells her to be strong and never let anyone hurt her heart.
After he safely leaves her in Japan.
Fahsai meets chen Ming who tries to force her to work for him. Chen ming is cute.
He hates Daniel and is the leader of a rival gang he thinks Daniel killed his family and injured his brother. And he was in love with Botan.
Fast forward Daniel comes back into Fahsai’s life to save her company as she once saved his life eliminating her need to work for Chen Ming.
But because her father is injured, she agrees to work for Chen Ming and betray Daniel.
Daniel fights with his family that Fahsai will never betray him but she does. So he dumps her.
Chen Ming by this time falls in love with Fahsai and declares he will fight with Daniel for her.
Daniel uses the girl that stole Fahsai’s ex the elegant doctor kwan against Fahsai.
Kwan is evil she tries constantly to hurt Fahsai and steal Daniel.
Daniel seeing Fahsai smiling and happy with ChenMing drags her into his change room and forcefully kisses her and tears her shirt open.
Daniel tries to leave Fahsai multiple times.
In the end he leaves the mafia and marries her.
Story negatives
I wish we had more episodes. There was not enough time to cope with everything and for everyone to have character development.
I wish someone would explain to me.
Why Daniel could so easily hand Fahsai over to ChenMing but not Botan?
I just could not believe that Fahsai could fall in love so easily after a relationship with Pitt of 10 years.
I wish Fahsai asked Daniel if he really loved her alone or her reflection?
Was he still in love with Botan?
Story Positives

MIK
Guy who plays chen Ming
Pimmy
I am incredibly shallow here but who doesn’t want to see a beautiful couple in love?
One of the best thai Mafia lakorns.
Recommended if you enjoyed Cubic and the Rising sun series.

U-Prince series

Hey everyone.
So where to start.
U-Prince, the series created my gmmtv.

The first story is about a play boy that meets a girl that is unlike any other and falls in love with her.

Stars Push and Esther.

Spoilers.
Pikrang has got to be one of the weakest characters ever! Like seriously?
Push character cheats on her twice and not the soft kind of cheating like a kiss or a hand touch no. He sleeps with another girl and not just any girl the nang rai. I am sorry but after she forgave him the first time so easily I lost interest in him.
Push character was horrible in every sense of the word.
How could he do that to someone he cared so much about as a child.
His character was chauvinistic and just down right horrible to Pikrang.
I really tried to understand his character, he was possessive and had all of the alpha man traits that most thai drama cowboys have but just no.
CHEATING.

The first time he cheated was downright awful and Pikrang did the most childish thing ever use key as a weapon to hurt Push’s character.
TBH this drama should have ended at episode 5.
I really enjoyed it up till that point.
If you think cheating is gross like me stay away.
There is one almost rawr scene.
There is one forced kiss.
He drags her around alot.
He likes to accuse her of seducing men. I hated how weak she was.

I think I am staying away from the rest of the uprince series possessive-ness is not worth watching if the male leads an utter idiot.

So for the past few days I have been looking for a good drama, book or basically anything with a possessive guy.
