JAO SAO BAN RAI REVIEW

Jao Sao Ban Rai

I always stayed away from Por’s lakorns but today I can proudly say he made me fall in love with him.

Namfoon reminds me of Ariel lin with a mixture of that chick from sealed with a kiss.
Back to the story.

Pau Lieng Saran sees Pim at her parent’s funeral and falls in love with her. Pim is 20 years old and works hard after moving to her grandfather’s farm where Sarang is her neighbor.
So she daily takes her sheep to the fields to feed them often going into his land. Which he scolds her on and often comes to watch her and see what she is up too.
Rawee, Pim’s older brother hates sarang and thinks he looks down upon them because he is rich. While in truth Sarang silently helps them when in trouble.
Some stuff happens and Pim is kind of tricked into marrying Sarang who tells her to stay with him for year to be the mother to his daughter and if she falls in love with him she can stay forver.
Sounds simple right?
But it was not simple.

What was amazing: The chemistry between them, whenever Sarang was jealous, I wanted to just die. He was so handsome. Their fights everything was so cute after a long time I found a good lakorn with some nice jealousy scenes.
SPOILERS
What was wrong…
Oh my there is so much that was wrong…
Like the fact she got kidnapped whenever she went out. I got tired by episode 13 of that. The villains, there were too many, I liked the fact Danai was never evil and maintained his goodness.
Verdict.

The bad could not outshine the good. It was a good show. I really enjoyed it.
The rawr scene was crazy. I LOVE POR. I am going to go watch all his lakorns now. He just cured me of my dry spell.
He is an amazing actor. He plays the jealous husband so well.

The ugly duckling series 3: Don’t
Review
By RKDEWAANA

I just watched this recently. It was for me a pallet cleanser kind of drama. Short and sweet. Sometimes we need a break from the whole jealous P’ek who watches the N’ek all the time. So I watched this by accident on YouTube and was pleasantly surprised. The main leads were gorgeous which is a major plus point in any drama one watches. It adds on the esthetic value of a drama. So back to the story. The main girl lives with her father and brother. She is home schooled and has really bad anxiety due to a bad memory in her childhood. She won’t show her face to anyone and thinks she is ugly. So her father forces her back to school she goes and that too with the box covering her face and catches the eye of two boys the kind hearted Minton and Bully Zero. Zero for me was pretty that was it. Other than that his acting was kind of bad or perhaps the writer was just bad as well. I just did not feel any sympathy towards him.
Main girl
I did though feel like I could relate to her, with her shyness, being personally weird and awkward I found her character delightful.
She was incredibly beautiful. Upon seeing her Zero falls in love with her, while Minton also likes her. They both try and win her over.
It’s nice if you want to watch something quick.
6 episodes. The 7th is a filler.
But I also felt they could have ended it sooner.
I don’t understand why makers drag out the end unnecessarily.
Verdict: I don’t personally like the other seasons of this show. Like boys paradise and so on. This was the only one I did like, and that too because I found it getting lost on YouTube.

Jao Sao Rim Tang Review

Every now and then I like to watch something fluffy and cute.

Jao sao rim tang is a 2010 Lakorn. First of all I would like to make one thing clear Stefan Sunti, is really handsome. Whatever people say about his acting I disagree with though this is the only Lakorn of his I watched I really enjoyed it. His face is a little different from usual thai men.
He looks Italian.

Well he is I found out from a little stalking half Italian. Okay back to business I really liked this Lakorn because, well it was a breath of fresh air in a show filled with clichés.
Things I really enjoyed.
*The cuteness between Poo and Stefan. She was prudish while he was totally horny half the time which was really funny.
*Stefan’s character suited him. His funny lines everything made the show really entertaining from start to finish.
*Poo was really pretty, this is the first Lakorn I watched with her in it and I know a lot of people dislike her but she did not seem that bad here.

 Things I did not like.
*The show felt a tad bit rushed towards the end.
*there was inconsistencies, like some scenes towards the end felt dragged and stefan’s hair was short in some and long in others.
*They would all of a sudden be in one place and then another after a while.
*The heroine was a complete and utter doormat. She never fought for herself and when she did it was for her family who did not even like her.
*Too many people tried to rape her.

Best Scene: When Poo starts becoming possessive of Stefan and he gets happy that she is jealous I found that adorable.

Worst Scene: All times wasted on other unnecessary characters.
